Shipping policy

Pratts Pods Ltd ship orders the next working day, from Monday to Friday, to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

All orders placed before 1pm will be sent same working day. If paid after the 1pm cut-off, this will not be shipped until the next working day. Please note, if you choose next-day delivery services after the cut-off time on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday the items will not be sent out until Monday.

We use a variety of different couriers depending on the order weight and size. We use Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and DHL to ship orders, and as a result, delivery times can vary subject to the service that is chosen at checkout.

Pratts Pods Ltd cannot be held liable for any shipping delays, once your order has been dispatched the delivery even if insured is out of our control.
