Returns Policy
We want customers to be happy with their purchase, however, sometimes it may be necessary to return a purchase from Pratts pods. we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. This item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out in with any accounts and passwords removed from the device before returning. Once we receive the returned item Pratts Pods will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order, this also excludes the cost of £6.95 when ordering items with free shipping).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed however are usually dealt with within 48 hours.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return unless returned as faulty.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received, otherwise they may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost via return shipping, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
If goods are returned outside of the 30-day policy, then goods would be covered under the warranty term and will either be repaired or replaced within this time.
If goods have a fault, then Pratts Pods will be responsible for the return costs within the first 30-days. We can supply a free returns label at request, or we're able to refund up to £1.35 for standard Large Letter (C5 box) postage for smaller items, or up to £3.45 for large items in a Royal Mail small parcel box This covers first class standard postage.
If you change your mind about an order or want to return an item as unwanted, Pratts Pods Ltd are not liable for any postage costs. It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for unwanted goods. Goods must be returned within 30 days and in unused condition.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return before a decision is made.
Cancellation of Orders
In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after the day of delivery.
In order to cancel your order, you must notify us by email or in writing to our contact address within this 14 day period.
A refund of any monies paid by you to us for the goods that have been returned will be made within 14 days of your cancellation. If you have paid for the price of the Goods by credit or debit card, your credit or debit card account will be re-credited as soon as possible from the receipt of the returned items, or from receipt of proof of postage.
If you cancel your order you must take good care of the goods and return them to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. If any goods have been damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us then you will be liable for the cost of repairing said damage.
The goods must be returned unused with all packaging and seals intact and all fittings and guarantees enclosed.
Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
You should examine the goods upon your receipt of them. If the goods are damaged you must notify us at info@prattspods.co.uk within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods. We will provide you with full return details. Upon return of the damaged product, we will, as appropriate, repair and return the goods to you or deliver replacement goods to you.
If in the unlikely event that the item you have purchased becomes faulty please get in touch to return the item to us for replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase. Once the returns form has been filled in and the item confirmed as faulty, Pratts Pods will refund postage costs or we will supply a returns label.
Product Warranty
All of our supplied goods have a manufacturer supported warranty, warranty times vary so please check on the item descriptions for product warranty length (our standard is 6 months for most used/refurbished devices, accessories and gadgets). Should your product fail within this period and after the first 14 days we would repair or replace the faulty goods, no refunds would be given after 14 days of purchase unless expressly agreed before return. Please notify us at info@prattspods.co.uk we will advise on the specifics of the warranty and, as appropriate, repair and return the goods to you or deliver replacement goods to you upon receipt of the faulty item.
Please note that certain parts of goods are considered as consumable items by the manufacturer, such as batteries. As such damage or deterioration caused during their use may not be covered and would be considered wear and tear.
Our warranty does not cover damage of any kind, any damaged returns will be disposed of or can be returned for the price of a courier service.
14-day Money-Back Guarantee
We at Pratts Pods offer a 14-day money-back guarantee against most of our products (exclusions are headphones for hygiene reasons), if you are unhappy with any of our products then you can return them in the same condition they were received in, with undamaged packaging for a full refund.
Extent of Liability
We make every effort to ensure that goods advertised for sale on the website are described accurately. However, the descriptions of goods on the website do not form part of the contract between you and us. They are designed to represent a general idea of the Goods. You should ensure that the goods which you are purchasing from us are suitable for your intended purpose. We do not give any warranty that the goods, which you purchase from us, are suitable for your intended purpose.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event, our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the goods. Nothing in this clause will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for the equipment which you use to access this website. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage which may be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this website.
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.
